Sarah worked as an estate agent and house doctor before moving into television presenting, writing and public speaking. From 2003 to 2007, she presented BBC1’s ‘To Buy Or Not To Buy’ and appeared as a property expert on a number of other programmes including ‘Trading Up’, ‘The Property Market’, BBC Breakfast and Radio 5 Live. She is also experienced in corporate filming and voice-over.
As a speaker, theatre host and expert panellist, Sarah has appeared at various shows and exhibitions around the UK, including BBC Good Homes, Invest in Property, Homes Overseas, The Home & Garden Show, Viva Italia and Landlord & Buy to Let Show.
She works with Coconut Creatives to produce regular articles, case studies and press releases for clients, primarily focused in the franchise industry. Sarah is an extremely good proof-reader and book editor: she ghost-wrote Platinum Property Partners’ first property investment book in 2009 and is currently editing four others for a variety of clients.
After taking a Masters degree in English, Sarah spent some time in Italy teaching at a private school. She is something of a Francophile and loves European travel, along with jazz music, ‘pop opera’, and photography. Sarah’s passions include skiing, horse riding, watching tennis and polo, and trying to improve her golf handicap!
Sarah often attends Coconut Creatives Franchisor Marketing Workshop and runs a session on PR and copywriting – masses of hints and tips for any Franchisor to benefit from and take away.
