Senior Graphic Designer

Born and bred South African, Tania captured the sun in her spirits and relocated and settled in Bournemouth in 2005. She travelled the world from an early age and started her design studies in Philadelphia, USA when she studied an Associates Degree in Digital Design and Animation. She finished her HND in Visual Communication and Graphic Design in Edinburgh. Tania has over 6 years of experience in the field which only started as an interest but soon evolved into one of her passions.

Tania became a ‘Coconut’ in December 2012. “This is by far the greatest career move I’ve made in my life. I finally joined my dream team, we work hard, inspire each other, have challenges for growth set on a weekly basis and I have the freedom to spread my creativity and design capabilities like a brushfire!”

She is dedicated to her team and field and performs well under pressure whilst thriving on hard work. Tania is very confident and meets challenges head-on! “Failure is not an option – the greater the challenge, the harder I take it by the horns!” She is skilled in many commercial art disciplines, including branding, promotion, design for print, advertising, corporate identity, publications, packaging, websites and eBooks.

“Effective communication, creativity and clarity of my work are strong principles in my approach to design!

The Spare Time Stuff

Tania originally dreamed of qualifying herself in Astronomy and Physics and also considered Archaeology, all of which are still great passions and hobbies of hers and pursued today in her spare time.

She likes to attend art exhibitions and galleries to keep her ideas fresh and original. Tania is mostly inspired by David Carson, Muller Brockmann, Paula Scher and life – the ever-changing omnipresent designer. She likes to relax with animation films, painting, arts, crafts and ceramics – another great passion!

“I like to escape to the countryside, surfing, skydiving – anything that turns my blood to pure adrenaline!”
